Full Automatic Double Filling Flour Packing Machine with Valve (25 KG)
It is a full automatic filling machine that enables automatic, precise and hygienic packaging of high-fluidity powder products such as flour and similar high-fluidity powder products in 25 kg in ventilated kraft bags. All operations are untouched, providing speed and accuracy in production.
How does it work?
The valve bag is automatically inserted into the machine. The product is filled through the filling nozzle fixed to the bag with a pneumatic fixing mechanism. During filling, the product flow starts according to the set amount determined by the operator. As the weight value is approached, the filling speed decreases and the weighing accuracy is increased. When the filling is completed, the bag automatically drops to the conveyor belt.
